What happens after I enroll?
1) We provide a free consultation.

5) Within 30 days, updated credit reports are sent
to you via US Mail which you will be asked to

How does it work?
After you enroll, we will use our electronic
tracking system associated with the Fair Credit
Reporting Act and the Fair Credit Collections and
Billing Act to find and delete inaccurate,
misleading and unverifiable information from your
credit reports. Once the bureaus have investigated
your disputes, they will send you updated copies
of your credit reports which we then ask that you
mail to our office. Upon receipt, our legal
department continues the investigation and
documents the progress. All appropriate
interventions will be initiated on your behalf.

How long does it take?
First results will occur within 30-45 days. You
will continue to receive reports on a monthly
basis as long as negative items remain on file.
Results usually occur within 60-90 days with some
results taking as long as 6 months or more. We
will continue to monitor your reports for 6 full
months.
